Many people acknowledge that physical activity (also categorized as exercise) can improve a person’s physical capabilities and appearance. Exercise has become a routine that many people around the world will acknowledge as promoting good health and eventually leads to a greater change within the physical body. This physical activity has proven to become widespread due to the growth of various group fitness based companies. However, this is not the only area that can benefit from physical activity. Mental stability can be immensely improved in various areas by working out. When participating in physical activity the mental abilities that are enhanced or developed include academic engagement and mental health, which could become life-changing to the individual with these specific mental limitations.
